Castello goes into series production: handcrafted quality, more predictable than ever

Nearly 10 years of panel van conversions, more than 500 builds, 24 patents and registered designs – and now the next step: the Castello is going into series production. We are celebrating the launch where the camper world comes together: the Caravan Salon Düsseldorf 2026, from 28 August to 6 September in Hall 15, Stand C33.

What changes – and what stays rock solid

For us, series production means: the same craftsmanship, predictable and holding its value. Every Castello is still built at our plant in Eugendorf near Salzburg – by a team of around 20 people who have been converting panel vans for years.

What is guaranteed to stay:

• Real wood instead of foil: 7-ply plywood with cracked-oak veneer – left natural, antibacterial, oil-treated. What you see and touch is real – and is allowed to age beautifully.
• Full flexibility: the TÜV-certified ClipWall system gives you plenty of fixing points. You hook modules in without tools, rearrange them or add more later – your conversion grows with your plans and holds rock solid.
• Everything we have learned: nearly 10 years of experience in load securing and panel van conversion go into every detail – from the precisely milled slot to the rear-ventilated wall.
• 5-year warranty on water-tightness and cabinetry.

And what gets better? Predictability: series production means clear processes, better prices and a reliable delivery time of 6–8 months from a binding order.

Two floor plans, your Castello

Lengthwise or crosswise sleeper, with or without a wet room, extra seats if you want them or a pop-up roof if you need one: the model overview has every floor plan in detail. And in the configurator you can put your Castello together yourself in a few minutes – with vehicle, floor plan and every option, price included.
